Since my letter to you of the 16th inst. I have reqeived your's of the 19th by M.r Perkin, and approve of what you have done with regard to M.rSephard. The enclosed Letter, which I have left open for your perusal, will inform him of my having confirmed your Determination.
The Sum you requested ^2600 Dollars I remit by M.rPerkin agreeably to your Order and Estimate.
