Natchez May 7th 1798. Sir, Agreeably to the authority given me by your several letters, and more particularly that of the 16th of October last, I have this day drawn one set of three Bills of exchange in favor of Jasper Whitstone for one thousand dollars; and which I have no doubt will be duly honored-
