I before requested your attention to have the vouchers for the disbursements of cash made by Major Craige passed to my credit -- This may have taken place before for I am totally uninformed on the subject - from July last all vouchers on taken in my name, & pass through my hands for the Treasury, but previous to that period Craige took all his vouchers in his own name, which probably might preclude having passed to my credit - But as all the money is chargeable to me, the vouchers for the disbursements of  it should go to my credit -

The first account of disbursements of cash accompanied with the vouchers, when I transmitted to the comptroller of the treasury, then was omitted one voucher charged in the account but owing to a mistake of Haragan had not come forward - beside which I have named it - I enclose it to you & beg you will call at the  Comptrollers office & have it rectif<s>y</s>ied - it is for payment to Sam<sup>l</sup> Hanby as commiss<sup>r</sup> of Military Stores -
