I have drawn on you this day in favour of James & W.^m Park, payable to them on order after ten days right for One thou Sand dollars which money is an appropriation for the V.W. Department in purchasing Forage for the Cavalry in Tennessee and having paid this Bill to the Credit of the Treasurer request due honor thereto. ------
