It will soon be demonstrated how for the Cecil C.o
can give satisfaction on the Contract which they have
already made, when this is known, I will write to you fully
in answer to your letter of the 9. instant. W. D. Nancey
cannot be (conveniently) spared before he compleats
five or six Guns ---
