Dayton and the men under his command at Governors Island the sum of One hundred and Seven Dollars, for his and their pay for the month of January 1796, which sum is to be transmitted to Nicholas Fish Esq  Supervisor of New York, the said Lieut Dayton to be accountable for the due application thereof.
