I Certify that there is due to Lieut. Stephen Trigg, and the Recruits under his Command at Fincastle the Sum of three hundred forty one Dollars and forty one Cents being for his Pay from 1st day of May and of his Recruits from the dates of their Enlistments to the 31st July 1795 inclusive which sum is to be transmitted to Edward Carnington Esqr. Supervisor of Virginia, the said Lieut. Trigg to be accountable for the due application thereof.
