113 Accountants Office January 24 of 1798 I certify that there is due to Ensign, Samuel Parmele the sum of eighty six Dollars & ninety four Cents being for balance of his account for subsistence up to 31st December 97. inclusive for Contingent Expences, which sum is to be transmitted to John Chester supervisor at Wethersfield to be by him paid to the said Ensign Incidental & Contingent Expences for 97-86.94 Wm Simmons Acct The Secretary of War Warrt 2637.
