Accountants Office December 16th 1797 I certify that there is due to the corps of Artillerists and Engineers stationed at West Point the sum of six hundred seventy three Dollars and ninety seven Cents being for the pay and forage of the Commissioned Officers and for the pay of the non commissioned officers and privates of the shared corps for October 1797 which sum is to be transmitted to Nicholas Fish Supervisor New York to be by him paid to Nehemiah Freeman temporary pay master at West Point who is to be held accountable for the due application thereof. Accountants Office November 16th 1797 I certify that there is due to the estate of the late Jeremiah Daniels a private in Capt Mattiesens Company in the Corps of Artillerists and Engineers the sum of twelve Dollars and fifty one Cents being for his pay from the 1st March the day he was last paid to to the fourth June 1797 inclusive the day of his death which sum is payable to Joshuah
