I certify that there is due to Andrew Pickens, Commissioner for negotiating a Treaty with the Creek Nation of Indians, the sum of Three Hundred & ninety six Dollars, being the balance of his Compensation &Expenses from 13th May to 22nd July 1796 inclusive which sum is payable to [undecipherable] Richards [undecipherable] order.  

I certify there is due to John Ramsey Private in Capt. Richard H grealon, camp the 2nd (?) the sum of Thirty and dollars being for by pay from 1 January
