294 Accountants Office Hi Sept. 19. 1796
I certify that there is due to [indiscernible] the amount Forty four Dollars being for [either his or her}[indiscernible] [indiscernible][indiscernible][indiscernible] Captain John [indiscernible] company of [indiscernible] from [indiscernible] 1795 the day he was [indiscernible] paid to [indiscernible] August 1796 inclusive.
