In reply to the first, I am of opinion that any further information cannot be given other than he has already been furnished with. Secondly, if his Claim has been filed at the time you presented it it would be considered [illegible] as The Act of Congress of 27 March 1792 suspended the limitation acts so far only a respected person services which form but a small part of his account and for which it appears the United States have already advanced the Money
