Your letter of the 9th Inst to Saml Hodgdon Esqr together with sundry vouchers for [illegible] rent have been handed to Me [illegible] which I have had all your Accounts and vouchers Examined and stated and after Crediting you for the Amt. of said vouchers there appears a balance against you of 274 40/100 for which you are held accountable on the Books of this office. A statement thereof and an abstract of the inadmissable charges you will receive enclosed.
