The Hon: Secretary of War
Sir:
I conceive it proper that you should be informed that of the bills drawn by Caleb Swain P. M. and for 1000 Dollars becomes due tomorrow and one for 3000 Dollars on the 10th inst and two of three thousand Dolls each on the 12 inst that provision may be made by placing Money in the Treasury in due time
