Sir Yours of the 28 Ult and your account enclosed [ and?] are received--which will [?] again from being for foreclosed on the first of August but as I received not [?] & commisions with [?] of your claims, I can not give you any answers respecting it before that [time?.] it will be [necessary?] that you [?] are [?] [for] in favor of some person to apply to [?]saw to receive such balance as may be found due to you.
