On the settlement of an account between the United States & Cap^t. Cha^s. M^cHenry there is due from him to the U States, the sum of 185 ³¹/90 Dols. in Specie, which sum you will please to deduct from him & give me a Certificate there of the to enable me to close his '^a/c' in the Book of this Office
