It appears by the documents on file in this Office that Michael Ellis inlisted on the 3rd Nov. 1778 for the War and was Discharged on the 6th June 1781--John White late Assistant Couemclo of Army Accots has settled his pay from the 1st Aug. 1780 to the time of his Discharge after deducting 36 60/90 dolls charged by the State of Maryland.
