When Major W Cree of the No. Carolina Linesmade Appreciation [at the] last May to the Bay--Marton Genl's Office for the 2 Months pay in 82 and 4 & in 83 to [?] with there how years Subtrtance Aloney, he was informed tat you were in daily Expectations of receiving some Returns, Accounts and other papers from Mr. Dart of the Southern [?], and that as soon as the said papers should come to your office, you would be Ready to Settle [with] for the said parts of pay with an Agent for any Members of officers of the said time------
