Be pleased to deliver to Tench Francis Esq. Purveyor forty Knap sacks and forty cartouche boxes, which he will give his receipt to replace being for the Navy department.
You will as soon as it can be made out furnish me with a return of all the Articles that M. Francis has receievd for the several departments that he may replace them by others of the same kind or pay for them at their full value
