Directs the disposal of all the recruit's non-military clothing. Regulates living arrangements and organization of the recruits. Defines classes of recruits based on their military knowledge, and the status of artificers. Delineates rules for company record-keeping, and the procedure for prompt identification of a soldier who has deserted.
