I Certify that there is due to Doctrs. Kollock J. Parker the sum of Four hundred & seventy seven dollars & Thee being for medicines furnished & attendance on the Recruits stationed in Georgia under the command of Captns Littlefield Blackburn & Robinson also for medicine & attendance on Lieuts Thompson & Lee between 1 Jany & 20 Sepr 1800.
