Sir Major Freeman informs me that Capt Robeson commanding at Fort Green on the Savannah River, said to him, to have a small boat lately sunk belonging to that fort replaced, you will be pleased to purchase a suitable one and have it delivered to him. I beg leave to call your attention to my letter of the 4th instant and am
