I Certify, that there is due to the estate of John Weed, late a private on Capt Joseph Elliotts company of Arts & Eng ^s the sum of twelve Dollars & thirty nine cents, being for his Pay from the 1 October 1796 to the 3 January 1797. the day he died & abstract D. N.^o 912, which amound is payable to Lewis R Morris by virtu of a power of Attorney from Samuel Weed, Father & heir to the effects of the said John Weed.
