I inclose you an order on Mr. Harris for Fifteen Suits of Infantry clothing and Twenty five stands of arms and accoutrements. Be pleased to have these articles forwarded to Lieutenant Shoemaker at Baltimore as soon as maybe he writes that he is much in want of them. ------

Also, I tried to keep the line breaks for the signature block and the State Dept stamp intact but after I save, the line breaks disappear.
