Description
After receiving the letter with the invoice of stores to be forwarded to West Point by the contractor, Manning & Co. of New York, Rochefontaine thanks Hodgdon for sending supplies to the poor soldiers suffering from want of clothing. The additional articles required by Rochefontaine need not be sent since he can get them when he is in Philadelphia on his way to Pittsburgh.
