Description
To save postage, Fleming enclosed to the Secretary of War a letter containing the Quartermaster's store's returns and an additional return for military stores. There are still not included in any return laboratory tools and other things that Captain Price has in his laboratory. Some of them would be valuable in the hands of a person who knows how to use them and some of them are not fit for service. Fleming will soon make a return of them.
