James Johnson Esquire a justice of the peace in and for the said county, Louis bolong, and being sworn according to law, sayeth, that on or about the 6th day of August 1796 Mr revit missionary at this place, saw him this deponent and requested that he would tell all the Indians he could blank to come to his room about 10:00 o'clock to see a Frenchman that then lived at Mr vanderburg's.
