Sir, The Treasurer of the UStates will remit you two hundred dollars on account of the contingent on extra expenses of John Jacob Ulrich Rivandi temporary engineer at Norfolk and the further sum of the two hundred dollars on account of his compensation and expenses which sums be pleased to pay accordingly taking duplicate receipts for the same.
