Sir The Treasurer of the UStates has remitted to Aaron Dunkam Esqr. Supervisor of the State of New Jersey, two hundred dollars, to be paid to you for the use of the recruiting service, and for which you will sign duplicate receipts to be accountable.

Sir The Treasurer of the UStates, is directed to remit to you the sum of one hundred and eighty three dollars 65 Cents, to be by you transmitted to the Treasurer of the State of Virginia, for express him etc respecting the Embargo, and also the further sum of five hundred dollars, advanced by the State to the Contractor, for supplying Colunteer Militia of Monogalia district,
