Shearmans Valley 18th Apl. 1794- Sir..Inclosed [sic] is a list of what soldiers I have setled [sic] with, and some receipts for the account of W. Biddle And Mr. Moylan, who has deposited some discharges in your office You will please to have them filed with those formerly done by W. Mifflin, I go on monday next for Presque Ile, and as soon as I am able to return I will be down and Close my act. there is but a few soldiers now to setle [sic] with as you will see by the Papers in the office, I am Sir with Respt.
