Instructions to Major General Anthony Wayne for holding a treaty with the Northwestern Indians and form of the Treaty. Based on Wayne's communication of 18 January, Knox notes that a treaty may be possible if Indian overtures are sincere, and Wayne's conditions of delivering prisoners and recalling war parties can be met.
