W.D. Accountants Office February 7th 1794 Sir I have considered the claim of Lt. Col. [?] for services rendered by him as Lieutenant of the County of Washington territory of States North West of the Ohio, for services rendered in arranging mustering and paying the Militia and Scouts called out for the protection of the frontiers of that County [?] between the 30th July 1791 and the 1st Feby. 1794. The Colonel has qualified to an account of 528 days service in which is inclosed 3 Months and 6 days in coming for money and returning - deducting this time from the total amount charged will leave 430 days in which he appears to have been in actual service.
