with respect to the instructions you will be pleased to adhere Strictly to those given you on the 30th of January 1792, and confirmed by my Succeeding letters.

On the fifth of December next you will trans mit to this office a return of the Invalids who have applied, and to whom you have made pay ment, in which you will also note any death or removals which may have taken place or any of the Invalids, and of which you may be informed.

Your accounts of payments and the [Respec-?] tive vouchers belonging thereto are to be transmitted to the auditors office of the Treasury, for settlement.
