I inclose a continuation of the <s>list of</s> abstract of warr.t -  a poor woman the widow of Jn.o Gilmore <s>killed</s> pt of Capt. B. Smyths  for who was the 4  Nov. 91 applies to know if any thing is due to her late husband on refering to your return of the pay due the dead of the 2d regt.  for 1791. <s>Capt. Smith compy. is not</s>there appears to be none of Capt. Smith Comp - can you give any information in this matter, in your return general or partial? - - It has become absolutely necessary that I should immediately have the Settlement in the year 1791 -
