I inclose a continuation of the [illegible] of abroad of wars - a poor woman the widow of [illegible] Gilmore [crossed out] [illegible] of [illegible] Smyth for who was [illegible] Nov. 91 applies to know of any thing due to her late husband on [illegible] to your [illegible] of the pay due the [illegible] of the 2? [illegible] for 1791. [Crossed out] there appears to be none of Capt. Smith Comp - can you give any information in this matter? in your [illegible] general or partial? - - It has become absolutely necessary that I should immediately have the Settlement in the year 1791 -
