Dr. Sir 

    Inclosed you will Receive Thomas Martins & James

Silver's Receipt for 29 Balls Containing 348 Rifles which they promise to deliver you. [faint] for one use of the U. S. I hope they will reach you safe-please [tell?] Gen'l Neville that Mr. Coleman has not yet been to [faint], but that if I can get one from him in time it shall be forwarded to your address [illeg] & marked for the greater security--
