Description
Lieut. Bines reports that he has no tents or canteens at Christiana Bridge so the Secretary of War requests that eight or ten common tents be sent off in the morning by stage. Fifty or sixty canteens should also be sent since a detachment of recruits are set to march to Lancaster as soon as these articles arrive.
