Howell has transmitted to Rudolph a Bill of Exchange on John Habersham, Collector for the Port of Savannah, for the sum of $819, $456 of which is for a bounty of six dollars each for 76 non-commisioned officers and privates. The residue is to be appropriated for the pay of Rudolph and his officers and men through December 1790. Howell is anxious to have the muster rolls and receipts of monies paid Rudolph's men so that he can close Rudolph's account in the Books of his office.
