A bill has been transmitted on John Habersham, Collector for the Port of Savannah, being for the seven month's pay needed to complete the pay of Burbeck's and Smith's Companies for the year 1790. Howell is anxious to have Burbeck's and Smith's muster rolls and receipts for the monies paid their men so that he can close their accounts in the books of his office.
