Norwich March 28th: 1791 Sir

    I am favoured with your letter of the 4th instant

giving me the information, that the President of the United States in pursuance of an Act of Congress for verifying and adding another regiment to the Military establish- ment of the United States &c; hath directed one hun- dred & fifty two troops to be reinlisted in the State of Connecticut, & as soon as the same shall be re- enlisted they are to be marched to fort Pitt I have the honour to be with great respect Your humble Servant S--Huntington
