Sir [illegible] of the Accounts of the state of Delaware against the United States. But previous to their transition my office and transmittal to the Honorable Board of Final Authority. I am opinion your attendance will be requisite on behalf of the State.

I have no doubt but you will early commence your Journey for this City.
