Honour'd Sir Whereas Col. Henry Wisner told me that he saw a certificat in your office for my son George Armstrong for his service under Capt. Gaeno (Gano) in the year 1780 Sir If you'd pleas to send it by the bearer hereof-- Mr. George Luckkey (Luckey) this Writting shall be your Security for so Doing. As witness my hand this 16th day of March 1785 Archibald Armstrong
