and its 'Country-- inc my cash Mr Carleron
off for Maryland to Congress to that nothing can be
done with respect to the Settlements of the accts true his

sum I have paid Cap Howell. [?] is in the
Public Books . __________ I have recd from Major
McPHerson 27 hundrend Dollars witdrawn shall be Seae to you psase Conservance He promised me to pay
make another payment soon, in that Case
I will forward both Sum to you. or if you cannot draw
on me for it at Suprs I would think would sums you
are due. promised you can borrow the money.____
