I should have been very glad to have settled my account with the United States before this but it is so concertain where you might be at to others to it I will just it off for some time longer for I assure you I can not afford to make a [?] to [?] point upon uncertainties
I request you to advance me notes to the amount of my communation as directed by the Resolve of Surpress dated 2nd June 1703 and sued them either by [?] [?] or some other person coming that way if you [?] not chase to advance me any notes until I make
