Letter from Stille with enclosure received. Upon examining records of Pvt. Ethan Winchester, officer under Capt. Eaton, a balance due him was determined. However, due to Winchester's death, a payment can be made to a claimant, his brother, upon producing documents that state he is the legal heir to Winchester and that the Pvt. died without issue.
