                         I Certify that there is due to a detachment corps of Artillerists

& Engineers stationed at Governors Island under the command of Capt Frederick Frye the sum of three hundred sixty five Dollars & forty two Cents being for pay & Subsistence of Capt Frye Lieut William Wilson pay subsistence & forage of Samuel Osborn Surgeons Mate & the pay of the non commissioned Officers & Privates of the said Detachment for February 1798 which sum is to be transmitted to Nicholas Fish supervisor New York to be by him paid to the said Captain Frye who is to be held accountable for the due application of the same

Staat Morris the sum of three hundred & thirty five Dollars being for the pay of himself Lieutentants Samuel S. Dyson Philip Landais, and the non commissioned Officers & Privates of said Detachment for February1798 which sum is to be trans- mitted to John Kelly Supervisor of Baltimore to be by him paid to the said Captain Morris who is to be held accountable for the due application of the same
