Months pay for [undecipherable] [undecipherable] to deranged Officers by the act of Congress of the 3<sup>rd</sup>. March 1797 agreeably to alist of Officers deranged received from the Secretary of War which sum is to be transmitted to John Habersham Esq in Georgia to be by him paid to Ensign Hugh M<sup>c</sup>Call who is to be held accountable for the due application of the Same
