In answer to yours of the 28'. Ulto received
this day. I have to inform you that no part of the
supernumerary pay is charged to Capt Waugh on the
Settlement of his accounts with you. CaptWaugh
has received that pay of W Dungan Pell. to the Regimt.
of which I have now informed W. Nicholson
