I have been favor'd with your Reposs of February last to the Honorable the Sunday at [?] respecting the balance due to inform Subsistance--You observe that it must be for want of my accounts, that the Settlement has not been already made; but I can apuse you that I have drawn three different accounts for the same purpose, delivered to Are delivered to Capt Rob Freeman our Agent, the secondforwarded to W. Pierce, and received him to Col Ashe, the third Invoice inclose to Col Abisha Thomas who will wait on you and is authorised by me to tranact the business in mybehalf-- I am sorry you hae been put to so much trouble in examining the Accounts, but hope you will excuse me, as there is Still a balance due--As Soon as this comes to hands I will
