I do hereby constitute and appoint the Honorable John Steele my Lawful attorney to apply for and to receive for me from the Honble the Secretary of War the Pension money due me conformably to the regular papers trans mitted by the Honble Judge to the Secretary of War as appears by the annexed certificate from Judge Bee.
